In contrast to the question-developing instruction (“fragend-entwickelndes Unterrichtsgespräch”), where only the teacher appears in the role of the questioner, the article deals with the conception of the researching literature discussion (FLG = forschendes Literaturgespräch), in which the learners autonomously develop questions on the text based on their individual irritation experiences and work on them in changing discussion situations.
